How would it benefit the server: Make the jobs for moderators so much easier

Potential Issues/Exploits: None!

Additional notes:
ok so basically, the logs say that person X killed person Y. My suggestion is that the developpers add a little info about the death. With this I mean that the logs would show this:

player X killed player Y (at the X district)
This would help a lot

Dude there is lots of thing in the application that could be put into further detail (for eg the unban appeal), Also its not just NLR because he returns to the same district, Its NLR when he is interacting with his past life, therefore sniping the people who killed you from another district would still be NLR
