Alright the suggestion consists of a few parts:

The Lucky Wheel

Like every yaer, there will be a luck wheel which would be spinned using gems.
The items inside it will be:

100,000 Gems
Blueprint Case
Weapons Case
Rotten Melon
Zarp Ghosts
Mega Treat Case



You could roll x1 x2 x3 or x4!

The Mega Treat Case

The special case of halloween just like Gencorp case or Rare case this case will contain very rare items only obtainable on this halloween 2016 event:

Grim Reaper Suit (I used a video which shows the skin cause I didn't find a download of it, but it is in the Friendly Players files so I'm sure the owners can get the files there.)




BFG9K - (this is a smart weapon, the more you hold the more damage it does but if you hold too much it explodes and kills you )

Osiris (Scythe)



And more.. I haven't thought about anymore but EMP can get it.

The Craftable Items

Cultist Suit: I believe this should a be a temp suit which can be crafted with some pumpkins and gems , Pumpkins are spawned around every 15 minutes in random places around the map! - this item should be delted when the event is over.



I have seperated all the files from their original packs which included a lot more items which were unnecessary, all the files are ordered here, with a workshop file which can show the full pack with items I haven't included:
