TOPIC: No collided props

I was wondering would it be possible to change the rules? I know u can't have no collided props in built bases But would it be possible to allow no collided props in Rolepaying houses since rp house can't have printers or ilegals
It would allow people to build things such as a pool make a prop surround it by other props make the prop a water material make it no collided and make a way out of it with stairs
I don't see how allowing rp houses to have no collided props is a bad thing
the only problem would be trapping people in these props om purpose but honestly if somebody
was going to trap somebody in a prop they would do it either way.

If anybody thinks the same thing about allowing no collided props in rp house please say so bellow.
If you disagree please tell me why
