Hi hobofood1, We have just looked into this issue and can see that you have now successfully claimed your Booster Pack upgrade in-game. Your Booster Pack has increased your inventory weight from 10 to 15. In addition your Bank weight is also increased by 5. If you are still missing any items please let us know and we will investigate this for you. Thanks for supporting ZARP!
