TOPIC: SSRP Suggestion: not losing things by vote

Suggestion Title: Not losing equipped items when job change is by vote.

How would it benefit the server: If people get demoted (usually random) or the switch job via a mayor vote they might not have time to either react or holster their special weapons. They should go to the inventory regardless of holster time.

Potential Issues/Exploits: People make vote to holster faster. But that takes more time and is less reliable than actually holstering.

Additional notes: It will make being a miner a lot better for example they wont loose their diamond pickaxes due to the numerous random demotes (It happens way too often currently).

Thank you for making this suggestion Doom, I personaly haven't experienced any random demote on myself but I encounterd a lot of them during my playtime in the server, It would be indeed smart to add the option of items going to the inventory of demoted players.
