TOPIC: Add back the old ZARP Block 42 map

Server Name: ZARP DARKRP 1/2

Suggestion Title: Please add back the old Block 42 map.

How would it benefit the server: The old Block 42 map was one of the things that made ZARP unique it wasn't another Downtown map that all servers run it made the server fresh and unique. It was dense, had extensive connected sewers and plenty of room for everyone to do their thing.
when it was replaced with a modified Downtown map player numbers nearly halfed (They dropped to about 55 at peak times) and the servers popularity fell, you wonder why KDG became so popular afterwards I bet you one of the reasons was it wasn't running another downtown map. The issue with the current 2 maps are they are too big (Especially Rockford on server 2) and lack many of the things that made the old map great.


Potential Issues/Exploits: The return of the old map would obviously bring back any issues it had. Maybe some elaboration on why it was removed could explain some more of it's problems but at least it had room for everyone and wasn't spread out over a insanely large RP map like Rockford or had just blank overly open boxed sections like the modified Downtown.

Additional notes: I'd suggest bringing back Block42 on server 2 or at least trialling it out for a week there. It was one of the things that made the old ZARP great and when it was removed for a overly big and less polished Downtown it really brought the server down and made many leave the server.

It's an amazing map but doesn't really fit well with explosives weapons and a server of this size.
Perhaps if we changed it up, made it more effective to base but as it stands it will not be suitable for the community anymore.

Kristofferson this is were my thing kicks in we make an extra server without the explosives.

All good things must come to an end and bloc42 falls under that category, it was fun but it just wouldn't fit with the current weapons and explosives the server has evolved into over the years.
