Suggestion Title: Turning some new items into blueprints

By turning a few of the new items into blueprints that can be used indefinetly they would actually see some use. The I tems I have in mind are the diamond printers and 3x printerbooster. They are 1 time use and they won't see any use because they are too rare and cost too much and can only be used one time for example the 3x booster you only get one there will probably only be 10-25 of em and nobody is going to use them because the only way to earn money with them is if someone buys them for a really high price. Currently they are becoming useless items that will never see actual use. Same goes for the EMP grenade due to their one time use and limited numbers. The will most likely never be actually used.

How would it benefit the server: It would add new items that are being used on the server.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Monopolizing of certain items (can be easaly solved by one guy selling for cheap).

Additional notes: It would add some rare and useful items to the itempool.
