TOPIC: Add advert for missing maps

Suggestion Title: Add advert linking to the map threads

How would it benefit the server: Not all players use the forums whether it's for asking for help or not. This would help people who are missing the map they need, if they can see the message that is.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Some people won't see it or will ignore it. Give the text a noticeable color or no color (white) to prevent.

Additional notes: Basically add an advert message that repeats every few minutes. Linking to the map thread for the appropriate gamemode. Like this.

I suggested this instead seeing that my previous suggestion wasn't possible.

I think the maps are in the workshop. Do !content while in game. A advert every so often would be okay. Maybe when you join it could be a pm to you

1) On most servers the maps automatically download (in good time)

2) If they don't have the map they don't see the advert.
