Suggestion Title: accept vip via steam wallet money

How would it benefit the server: it will get more people to buy vip via their steam money(it will get people with no visas to buy vip)

Potential Issues/Exploits: non

Additional notes: make a program on steam for zarp so if u buy it u would get vip and it will be easier because u can check people steam account and they can refund if they did not like vip (also u can make no refunds app)
