It's a double edged sword really, people may rush to complete F1s (although I would hope our team isn't that vain,) or they may improve due to competition. This has been denied a lot of times before, I doubt it will be accepted now. In my opinion you have no need of knowing how many reports you have handled. As far as being motivation by competition whilst it may cause people to do more reports may also cause them to rush them. If you I am to be honest I don't feel someone that has applied for staff should need to be motivated by competition to do the reports. Another negative here being that people may look at their reports handled count and see that they have a good amount of reports handled and simply decide to not help out anymore and that isn't something I want to promote. So this is clearly a lack of support from me.

This, plus, this might result into problems between the staff team whereas some people will start calling each other out on their low F1 count.

Or, when asked for help, some staff might just reply with "well I've done 50 F1's this week so I don't need to do more" and just leave their fellow staff members with 10 unhandled F1's.

In the end, this will cause nothing but trouble, plus, this isn't even a problem in the first place, the lead team as a whole has no issue with telling the staff members their F1 count every Friday and we never had any issues with it.

Well blocked. IF a staff member calls someone out for it usually its because people see what the SA/HA has put in chat. I mean staff can only see there own F1.
