Suggestion Title
Replace "Hotel Owner" for another new job

How would it benefit the server
Since the first time i played in zarp servers, I havent seen poeple using the Hotel owner job that much (its dosent gives you any good or bad benefit) .My suggestion is to remove the job and replace with a new job (ex : Casino Manager ,cook ,terrorist ,kidnapper, etc..)

I like the idea Casino Manager. Thats it.

casino would be a good idea.

But you could improve the hotel job by having doors only the hotel manager can own and then when a door is owned by another player (with hotel owners permission of course with add owner) then there could be an auto collect rent (with a set price on the doors) like you get auto payed to the paycheck lady.

We don't need to remove the job, people using it sometimes.But you can suggest new jobs, that would be better.

I think it's not used very often, but that's not a reason to remove it. Suggest some new jobs, like Banker mentioned.

Thanks for all the people who repiled my suggestion <3 Saw alot of people open casino on the sideway ,I also think the casino job is a great idea to add in to the game instead of removing the job
