Suggestion Title: VIP + Staff Color Chat

How would it benefit the server: It will encourage more people to purchase VIP and to have the miscellaneous item onto the deathrun servers.

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes: It could be possible for staff members to have this item, but it is up to your feedback in the comments. You can only have 1 color for example (red) and you can not change that color for the next week or 2
