Remove 'Unwanting' on being killed by a Non-Police (The Good) Job.

How would it benefit the server:
Prevent People from avoiding rp/arrest by killing friends on the server.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
none.

Additional notes:
This might not be good as it overwrites the NLR rule.

Yes because the police dabble in the dark arts and like to arrest people even through death.
