I agree with that but take an example - A citizen standing in an ally, than a kidnapper comes from behind and cuffs him. making the citizen follow the kidnapper.
Making the job even more effective can be done by:
Adding a "Bag POV" to the player who is cuffed - making them see only bits of the view.
An auto follow code - Making the player that is cuffed to walk after the kidnapper once the kidnapper types a command like /follow or so.
