Suggestion Title:
A nerfed defibrilator for the medic job

How would it benefit the server:
To be honest there is a very small ammount of players who are switchig the job to medic to rp with it. At the moment the job is kinda useless, okay you got a medikit but no one will pay you just because you are healing them.
Its much easier to just buy health and amore chargers on your own.
So why shouldn`t we give the medic a nerfed defibrilator (for example you have to charge it 10 times)?
People will hire a medic for a raid to just revive them during the raid.
The Job will get an important role during raiding then.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
2 medics could base together and they could just revive eachother during the raid.
2 medics could raid together and they got a free difibrilator to revive eachother.

Additional notes:
The defibrilator can`t be droped/holsterd, it have to be a big nerfed defibrilator and the medics have to spawn with one.
A nerf could be a time cooldown, for example after you revived someone the defibrilator has to cooldown for 3 minutes.
