General description of the bug/glitch/exploit. - User and Admins can't remove lights by using the remover tool or by pressing C then right click and remove, the owner of the light can only remove it by pressing their undo button.

Why it is a bug/glitch/exploit. - We used to be able to remove lights just a while ago and now not even users can do it on their own lights with the remove tool and if someone is trying to lag the server with the lights admins can only freeze but not remove them.

Steps to reproduce the bug. - Spawn a light
