Suggestion Title: Make the windows in the old pd (bank?) solid

How would it benefit the server: A lot of people are making a bank there, and they spend time on building entrance but people can blow everything up just by firing at the windows, and its almost impossible to build base there because people are using the windows to blow up he entire base instead of entering it

Potential Issues/Exploits: None
