hello i have lorst my gluon gun in a server crash i rejoind 3 min after and it only restored my lmg not the gluon gun i hope i can get a refund

What time did this happen at ?? and just because you have screenshots of your inventory or bank its not really helpful because you could have just given it to a friend or just left it on the ground and we would have no idea.
