Suggestion Title: rules on auto clickers

How would it benefit the server: stop miners from afk mining

Potential Issues/Exploits: n/a

Additional notes: make auto clickers against the rules so if people get caught using them they get a warning or kick. this will also help stop admins from afk mining with auto clickers on in spawn after dying phys gunning someone.

I've told you this before, admins and higher can now disable player pick up and similar things with entities and world props.
