Suggestion Title: No more h_printer for HA+

How would it benefit the server: Never have to think IF sa+ abused or not, since you can't tell

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Additional notes: Remove the fact that Head Admin can see the printers on the map. I know for a fact that they can see printers on the map and I'm not saying they abuse it, but it'll take that tiny bit amount of advantage away from them, since I don't see why they'd need to see them? If there's a pritner in a illegal palce they can no-clip anyway.

I think they don't? Or otherwise they maybe have to turn on some feature. So I don't think you have too.

I think most if not all SA+ wouldn't abuse there powers and if a player gets out of the map and places a printer how can anyone tell and stop them making a lot of money unfairly I see your point but think it would cause people to get out the map and use this to there advantage

EDIT: and how can they no clip to a printer if they don't know where it is?

Only head admins can see printers on the map . And owners can check logs if you turn on esp and then. Start looting printers

Head admins are trusted enough to not abuse this feature, it's very niche but may sometimes be helpful.

It is mainly used for the head admins so they can walk around and see if there is any bases with printers that have a building sign not to abuse and raid them or no clip in to steal them/blow them up

When I was a mod I saw PRINTERS on admin roofs when I tpd up to do a sit so that option for HA is very good that you can see printers.

It is pointless to remove because if someone if printing out of the map or in a illegal spot it help's them find that printer ( OUT OF RP ) but in RP if they use it i highly doubt it will get noticed as i don't think anyone's going to sit there watching the logs 24/7 for that 1 line of code know what im sayin but i do know they check the logs frequently and will more likely catch them, But as they are trusted i highly doubt they will abuse it but if you have a suspicion on one then just go spectate them

That we can see printers are only a benefit. Since we do find printers EVERYWHERE that is not supposed to be there. Also it led me to alot of times finding people propblocking their printers so users cant get to them. So the fact that we can see printers. We might be able to sometimes preventing a problem. So you guys dont have to make an f1 because some printer is blocked. Then we already took care of that

Most of the HeadAdmins don't RP and its a feature to find rule breakers. Meh if you're not doing anything wrong you have nothing to worry about. Trust me if they wanted to cheat money they would go about it in much easier ways than stealing a 100k out of some random printer.
