Okay so most of the Deathrun staff/players know this issue. When you equip your accesory (Jumppack, Horsehead, Fairy Wings etc.) taunt, or trail you just equip it until the end of the round. So next round you have to equip them if you want them to be seen. Warning: Spoiler! Zack playermodel is purchasable but the halloween trails isn't

I have a few more issues to mention:
- Sometimes the logs doesn't show when someone activates a trap.
- Admins doesn't have spawn command on server 2 (I'm not sure if this is fixed)
- (In my opinion this shouldn't be allowed) VIP can send auras to non-VIP members and then buy the same aura again.
- Your sword is sometimes "a part" of your body.

But the most annoying issue is the one you mention, i hope it will get fixed soon!
