TOPIC: DarkRP Lockdown/Curfew Warning Rule Suggestion

Suggestion Title: Allowing a warning rule towards Police/SWAT/SAS during lockdowns

How would it benefit the server: Reason it would benefit the server is that people who just join during a lockdown literally get arrested straight off the bat instead of being able to find shelter, not only that but there is barely any way for players to avoid getting arrested this way and so I believe if the forces had to warn people to get inside instead of straight away arresting people would make RP much more interesting, because literally you can't expect everyone to know that there is a curfew/lockdown about as soon as people join or if they've been afk for a bit, it's kinda unfair to the player and can sometimes ruin experiences to get arrested out of no where.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Not really any issues or exploits with the suggestion, just a better way to have them deal with situations.

Cops cant arrest people that just spawned.
