Suggestion Title: CSGO Surf Server?

How would it benefit the server: Many people from ZARP play CSGO, and I'm sure a lot of them are aware of surf.
A surf server will give zarp the opportunity to expand onto yet even more games, so why not expand onto a game that people from the community already play.

Potential Issues/Exploits: It may cost a bit of money as surf is a very precision demanding game mode, so any lag spikes will make it unplayable causing bad feedback, meaning a good host would be more than necessary.

There's this other server I play on CSGO, where it's Surfing, and TDM at the same time, with the RPG addon. Needless to say, I have quite a few hours on it, and I'd like Zarp to have one of these servers, because it's fun and I'd happily administrate it.
