Suggestion Title:
F1 Kill demo`s

How would it benefit the server:
This would help alot in rdm Situations, as this would be easier for the admin to judge if the person did it, and it would make lot of users more happy, as they dont need to record 24/7. and the demo will last 15 seconds before the case happened and then 15 seconds when the person dies to check if he does anything else or attempt rdm anyone else at it will be an option to see both POV.

Cant think of any.

PS: Yes this is my screenshot from my admin application as i dont have acces to the f1 menu anymore.
