Suggestion Title: Beta Server

How would it benefit the server: Followed by the recent suggestion that gems made to remove the gluon gun, i've thought that it may be appropriate to suggest that to avoid such situations in the future, there should be some sort of beta server that is opened before updates which gives the players the resources to try out what was added into the server while also being able to report different bugs, glitches and exploits to overall make the initial update to the official servers way smoother and more well received by the players, rather then straight up affecting their experience where it matters by something that should've undergone certain changes.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Additional notes: VIP members should have access to the server as well as the SSRP staff members rather then letting any player join to lower or completely avoid(hopefully) a situation where the experience of another player is bothered by another player. Maybe also allow those who can't purchase VIP and aren't staff members try the servers out with beta test "waves" method which was seen in the Perp beta testing process, I wouldn't recommend such a method but its just an idea anyway.

There is no "situation" right now. We have a test server that the development team uses to test out updates before they go live. But we have no need of a beta server right now. Not to mention since the summer of ZARP update the server has been number 2 or where it is right now at number 1 and that clearly shows how you guys are over exaggerating your so called "problem".
