Suggestion Title: Mugging shops

How would it benefit the server: In real life there are shops that get mugged.
i think we should add this into our server..

people can mug a shop by going to the desk and typing /me Shop Mug, Drop 5k-25k

by increasing the amount of mug for a shop, the shops are needed to hire a gaurd..

When can people mug shops?
only if there ain't a gaurd next to the desk or inside that room or a police..
or if the shop owner is not holding a gun.

so if there is a gaurd inside the shop the mug is instantly wrong done and guns can be pulled by everybody. no fearrp than.

so basicly you gotta be orginized into a shop mug.

maybe make it you need 2 guys to mug a shop ?

Potential Issues/Exploits: only issue i know is when people have shops against a wall....
i still think this is stupid since it ain't roleplaying, just placing your checkout against a wall at spawn -.-"..

Additional notes: i think shops are needed to be builded inside a house or inside a custom made house...
