Suggestion Title:
Better Skill Upgrades

How would it benefit the server:
So.. I was thinking, the Skills system is amazing, but once you reach past Level 2 for some and Level 3 for others; there is not really other point to progress further in doing things. For example players only need Level 2 Mining to mine ruby etc. I think after Level 2 leading to Level 5 it should increase your duration of mining that particular rock, or for others Improving your crafting time and improving your Growing time. I feel like this would benefit for everyone, it would bring the excitement back into the Skills section, it would also be very helpful for players.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
I don't think there is any.

Additional notes:
I feel this would be kinda easy to do seeing, that you'd grab the code from the Keypad Cracker and change it a little to work with the other Skills which have been mentioned above.

The skill caps are too low. I don't think it'd be that difficult to add a bit more skill levels. More plants you could grow at once, faster growing times, etc. This is something I'd like to see.
