There is a better suggestion you can make it like ONLY admins on duty can spectateand with this way you can see them if they change job immedeatly

They don't add spectator logs incase you wanna catch an abusive admin.

Spectating people isn't the abusive part, it becomes abuse when you use the information given to you to gain an advantage game wise.

If a staff member seems to know more than he should, then contact a Head Admin and have him check.

Anything lower than HA's having spectate logs would cause more chaos from misunderstandings than good.

The reason people get Admin is because they are trusted not to abuse their powers but I didn't know that HA's had spectate logs and as others have said, If someone acts suspicious then tell a HA.

Well when its not a problem why complain about it? If you are going to remove the spectate why don't remove ban and cloak & noclip whilst you are at it? Easier to abuse with them..
