Suggestion Title: Logs for when people are wanted/not wanted anymore

How would it benefit the server: Solves most, or almost all, RDA situations. An example: The cop is claiming the victim was wanted, but the victim is claiming they weren't.

Potential Issues/Exploits: The log is no longer in the console or F1 menu.

Additional notes: There are wanted logs already but only for when they are made manually.
The best way I can deal with this situation is to do "/crimes (victim name here)" and try to do the math to fit with their fines. But still, this does not prove that the victim was wanted at the time of arrest. The most you can do is to try and see if the victim or cop was mistaken, unless they provide proof to back up their accusations. With these logs, if the person was wanted, then there is nothing to argue about (with the exception of Bankers and other rules regarding to unwant people).

How this would work:
Player X (Thief) is lockpicking someone's door. Player Y (Cop) witnesses this, and Player X is wanted for thievery. As soon as this happens, something such as "[ZARP] Player X is auto-wanted for Thievery" is added to the logs. The auto-wanted part is so this log can be distinguished from the manually wanted logs, although there are other ways of doing this. A little time passes by and Player X is no longer wanted. "[ZARP] Player X is no longer auto-wanted." would be added to the logs at that time. Keep in mind, this is just an example.

And if you want even more proof scroll up chat and look if the "fine" is matching around the time of arrest

/crimes tells how many crimes you've had until you've got arrested, it adds up. You are fined for all these crimes. It doesn't mean you were actually wanted at the time of arrest. You can't arrest just because you've done crimes in the past, you have to actually be wanted.

Also if you did not read... the beginning of my additional notes is talking about /crimes and fines....

I've never been an admin/mod before but I can still just imagine the huge page of wanteds if that happened, Also I don't know how the console thing works so I don't know if it had a search or something XD

+support I voted yes for this it would help in an admin set if they open there logs and can just check everything from there

This may be denied for the same reason damage log uuggestions get denied. People are becoming wanted all the time and the logs will just be full of it, and it may slow down the server or something because of it.

People are getting shot/damaged all of the time... much more than people are getting wanted. Damage logs would never help with anything anyways, because you never know when someone shot and missed. I would never rely on damage logs. If any other type of log was to be added, I think this would be the most reasonable to add.

I believe RDA is one of the most reported, after RDM. If someone was arrested and was wanted at the time, as long as they aren't a banker with printers,guard defending a legal player/establishment, etc, there's nothing to argue about and pretty much solves the RDA situation and saves time.
