Suggestion Title: Voting on SSRP Suggestions

How would it benefit the server: We can suggest things for the server, and in either the Admin Meeting or the Lead Team meeting, the staff team would vote on each suggestion made that week. This would help the Developers maybe get inspirations, and roll out new updates.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Adds on more time to the already long meetings.

Additional notes: This would give EMP and Chute "inspirations" to create future updates, since they would be forced to look at them. They would have to find out the positives and negatives of each suggestion possibly being added, and this may take time that they may want to spend on other things, but I think that this can help us roll out some creative future updates.

The meetings are already very long, not to mention Chute, Red and I pick what gets worked on and implemented based off a variety of factors. The current system works fine, its why we have a suggestions section. Thanks for your suggestion tho.
