Here are the existing suggestions to improve PERP.

Fire extinguisher :
Hey there, How much times you were getting raided and people threw molotov in your house? and the fire starts spreading... smoke is everywhere, you can't see anything, And there's no firemen, And even if there is, will you really call firemen when you are growing? I don't think that most of you will.

My suggestion is to add a buyable fire extinguisher(for example at the am/pm store) that people can buy, and it will be used the exact way firemen do. It will also be totally realistic because today in real life most of the houses/apartments have a fire extinguisher.

Advantages :
This will reduce lags/fps both for the server and the players(less fires = less lags).
Your house wont be burning forever and you can extinguish the fire in few minutes.
Will ease the raiders to raid, and the defenders to defend, because in smoke you can't see anything.
You won't kill accidentally your friends when you are getting raid because you sometimes can't see their name in the smoke.
Firemen will still have a lot of fires to extinguish in the city and another public places.

Car respawn :
As you know(Or don't know) on the PERP server when your car is broken you must fix it first before you can spawn it again(or any other car), But if your car was removed by glitched/You got a job and your car disappeared/any other reason for it to disappear, The only way to spawn your car again is to rejoin to the server because you can't fix it when its unspawned.

So my suggestion is : If your car is broken, instead of going and fixing the car , Another option is : you just automatically pay 500$ when it spawns, Then we wont have to rejoin every time something happened to our car and we can just spawn it for a fee.

P.S : Wrenches should still stay to fix your car if your car was broken and you are far away from garage for example


Police Chief :
Mayor is not quiet popular as the other jobs, I personally barely see mayor on the server, and i'm playing a lot.
From that we have few problems when there's no mayor :
We can't make search warrants, We can't make arrest warrants, and we can't manage employees.
Therefore, a new unique job would be a great idea : Police Chief.

The Police Chief will be a one of a kind job(means 0/1 slots at the same time) and will have a special menu like the mayor, This menu will include : Search warrant management, Arrest warrant management, and employees management, This way we won't need a mayor 24/7 especially when there is no mayor.

Few notes :
- The police chief will have a unique car(not like the regular police officers one).
- The police chief will be able to demote only police officers.
- The Police chief will be a VIP only job.


Job Ranks :
Now this suggestion could be very special and exciting : Job Ranks.
What exactly do I mean? Every job should have (lets says 10) ranks, and each rank the salary will be higher and new weapons/options will be unlocked, Players will be automatically promoted when they reach certain amount of playtime hours played as the job they will get promoted in(For example : First rank - 0 hours, second rank - 5 hours played as the job, third rank - 10 hours played as the job, firth rank - 15 hours played as the job etc..).

For example : Police ranks
First rank : Officer.
Salary will be 130, will have a pistol, night stick and cuffs.
Second rank : Detective.
Salary will be 140, first ranks weapons.
Third rank : Sergeant.
Salary will be 150, second rank weapons + Doors ram.
Fourth rank : Lieutenant.
Salary will be 160, third rank weapons + traffic ticket.
Fifth rank : Deputy
Salary will be 170, Fourth rank weapons.
And so on...

Same will be for all jobs(different rank names and weapons obviously).

If this is accepted I will be glad to help with that(make up with rank names, weapons etc.)

Warehouse/Bank :
When server crashes, or people log off and forget to take stuff, or map restart people lose their stuff and then get frustrated and lose money.

I have an idea, an NPC, whenever the player lost connection to the server all his stuff that was spawned/on sale/whatever will be saved and put into that NPC, And later that player can come and take his stuff.

This is a good idea in my opinion, and people will stop loosing stuff and money from it.

Car sales :
Here's another suggestion to make everything more fun.
You have a car, and you don't want it, its a sexy lamborghini, so why to throw it back to the car dealer for only for the half of the price when you can sell it to your friend/someone to use it for any price you want?

So here's my suggestion:
An NPC, which you go to it and talk to him, and he put your car on sale(just like regular stuff with cash register).
The price of the car will be the price that the "player will choose to put *(multiplied by) the sale taxes"
(for example sale taxes are 25%, and the player sells the car for 100k, so the price will be 125k, 100k going to the player, 25k to city funds.
The price will be shown on the top of the car, and people will be able to drive it as normally until it bought.

In my eyes this suggestion is also could be a fun idea.

Weapons :
More weapons, this will increase the enjoyement experience of the players as well.
For example : P90, Scout, UMP, Silenced weapons, more shotguns types and even more.
Of course it will be more fun if the players will have more types of weapons they can choose.
moreover, few weapons I highly recommend to put it: Snipers, and grenades.

Driving License:
Now this idea, can make more realism, and maybe even more fun.
Few stuff that should be included:
Driving Teacher:
This will not be an extra job, The admins will choose few people to permanently(unless admins will decide to remove it from them) have the ability to give driving license(With a special weapon or something) to other people, But firstly they will test them. Driving test will cost 2500$(for example), and if the driving teacher will think that the player is good enough to get driving license after the test, he/she will get it.
Driving License:
This item will be given by the driving teacher, With this item you will be able to buy cars and spawn them from the garage. People will not be able to trade, remove, drop, or sell this item.
Fake Driving License:
This item can be bought from "illegal" NPC (for example the chop shop guy) for example with a price of 500$, With this item you can trick the garage lady and the car dealers to sell you cars, but not the cops(see further for cops).
Cops : Driving License Checker
This item will be only for cops, and if the "Job ranks" suggestion will be implemented then it could be given at rank 5(for example). With this item cops can left click on the player and see if he got : Driving license/ fake driving license / no license, for fake driving license or no license cops are able to give a fine to the player or take him to the jail.
Examples :
Pursuit : Cops are chasing the player for whatever road rules he broke, whenever the player give up or the cops stop the car and the cops can check if the player has license, and then if he has no license or fake license the punishment will be harder.
Roadblock : For whatever reason, cops made a roadblock on the road with a small passage for cars, when the car passes the player stops there, gets out of the car and the cop check if he have license.

I personally would be happy if this will be implemented.

Taxi Driver Job:
Literally what it says.
Lately on the server when new people join a lot of people are asking other people and on ooc(that's metagaming) chat to drive them somewhere.

So how about a taxi driver job?
The taxi driver will have the same salary as a bus driver, but also can take small fee(100 - 200$) from people when they ask him to drive them somewhere.
The taxi driver job will simply have a taxi car(could be golf since it has taxi texture), and for vip a special car(corvette also has the taxi texture, or any other vip car with a custom taxi skin). also will be a new command (like /555 or something) that the taxi drivers can see, or people can call that number and contact with the taxi drivers to take them.

Law enforcement weapons:
Few features that cops and SWAT should have:
Both : New option : "Refill ammo" - Literally, Refills the cop's/SWAT's rifle and pistol ammo.
SWAT : Change the mp5 rifle to shotgun and vice versa - Every player has he's own play style, so how about making the PD's NPC

i like the nlr timer and i did see it on a other server if you would go back to the place you died it would say you just died here plz go away and admins would get message like hes nlringand it would automaticly say 5 or 15

I would love to see the taxi driver and the nlr timer because people say it was not 3 minutes ?? and it is really annoying and the taxi driver because I spawn at the wrong spawn and want to go some were else and don't have my car +SUPPORT

I appreciate your support; Note however, that for PERP the NLR rule time is a bit different, it is 15 minutes, and 5 minutes if you own the property you died on.
