Server Name: Trouble in Terrorist Town

Suggestion Title: Remove map ttt_stargate_v3

How would it benefit the server: Server crashes everytime when changing to ttt_stargate_v3. Removing the map will avoid it.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

It's not that good of a map anyways, might as well remove it because I don't think many people would be bothered if it worked, they're more bothered if it's removed.

Yeah remove it please, I was playing on it with my friends and it was selected 3 times where it crashed all 3 without fail.
