Server Name: SSRP 1 & 2

Suggestion Title: Buffs indicator

How would it benefit the server: It would allow people to view their current buffs such as drugs or even command based stuff.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None as far as I can tell.

Additional notes: Pretty much an indicator that shows a timer of how long a drug will last or if you're affected by a drug. This could also apply to the cloak and godmode commands for staff as this would help stop situations where staff members forget to disable these. Pretty much icons or text that informs you of character effects, positive or negative.

+ Support I definitely think we should have this, especially for staff, since this can help them be aware of whether they're godded/cloaked or not.
