Suggestion Title: ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

How would it benefit the server: Ladies, gentlemen, walruses, I have a proposition, how about, we make a shotgun, that has the range of a ballistic missile, with the firing speed of a slow automatic rifle, and the damage of a very large sniper rifle? YES, WE NEED IT!

BUT WHAT IF I TOLD YOU WE ALREADY HAVE IT? THIS GUN IS THE HELLSPAWN OF SATAN ITSELF, IT NEEDS A NERF, ITS NOT HARD TO USE, AND IT'S NOT HARD TO DIE TO.

I don't normally say stuff like this, but I prefer the old PSG to this shit.

Potential Issues/Exploits: People may be sad that their spazzes are useless
