Suggestion Title: Stolen Cars Treated Separately

How would it benefit the server:
It would make it so You don't have to walk because one of your cars got stolen.
And make it more realistic.

Potential Issues/Exploits: I don't see any.

Additional notes:
How it would work:
Lets say I have a Ford Raptor and a Lamborghini bought in the car dealer,
If my Ford gets stolen I will be able to spawn my Lamborghini instead of the Ford.

You cannot to this at the moment because when one of your cars get jacked, you can't spawn any of them.
