Suggestion Title: Weapons upgrade station

How would it benefit the server: Makes killing more fun and exciting, able to customise to your own likings and the station will remember your weapon of you lose it, costing you depending on the weapon.

Potential Issues/Exploits: The customised weapon might be bugged with the original weapon, but idk

Additional notes: I'm not sure if I'm able to make a suggestion since I don't play gmod anymore lol
