TOPIC: economy reset

Suggestion Title: reset money, inventory & bank on both servers.

How would it benefit the server: Would make people more active again. Nowadays almost no one is basing, because everyone has a lot of money, a lot of explosions, and even if a new poor guy is basing, his base will be rekt by a rich guy with explosives. It kinda ruins the fun imo. It would be a nice thing if all inventory/money got reset ( you keep the inventory space from booster packs ). It would be epic to have a lot of people basing and printing, having big gang wars again, using coordination and skill to raid, and not just a thundergun and gg everyone is dead.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I know of. I spent a lot of my time basing and printing, but it was fun, unfortuneatly, it has lost the fun about it, because I now have everything. Perhaps nerfing the printers and drugs? And make explosives a bit more valueable

Additional notes: Right now, I see people running with 10x gluon guns, because they have been afk'ing mining for 2 days. This is just crazy, the economy is so bad atm, people are making over 4mil an hour just by afk'ing. I feel like resetting everything would bring back a lot of people, and make them stop being so inactive.

- Also remake the bank, so you no longer get cases, but money and some weapon shipments. The shipments could be earned another way.

I just noticed, all of you who -supported, are the rich guys of Zarp, I'm rich too, but we need to stop thinking about ourselves honestly. So many new people are getting shrekt to pieces, they can't base, because all these mr rich guys raid with gluon guns and stuff.

How would it make people leave? I for one would enjoy printing, raiding, and having nice gang wars again.

Illuminatix suggested something like this but with a difference concept.

This is most certainly not going to happen. But nonetheless I like this idea.

This is a bad bandage, but with good intentions, what we need is more sustainable money holes, not a reset of the money as that would just make people frustrated, any economy works in the following way:

The outgoing cash must be equal to the incoming cash, otherwise the money will simply become worthless to a point where as you say, its irrelevant and has no challenge.

Zarp currently has tons of income sources such as a money printing as a major.

We have temporary moneyholes such as titles, cars, gang and character upgrades, but no sustainable moneydrain, and people are usually only interested in few of these.

So resetting the money would simply keep players entertained until they would pass all those upgrades, not to mention that it would piss them off having to do it all over.

The only reason I want the money to be reset, is because they made this update, where everyone could make over 10-15mil an hour. Just by afk mining. This just crashed the economy so much it's insane

The 'summer update' fucked the economy up even more.

I'm not calling anyone heartless, stop with the crazy assumptions. I myself grinded printers for over 10 hours many times, but it's not like that time is wasted. You have fun while doing it, while playing on the server.

Resetting the economy would make me lose all my shit, yeah that is true. But I would just spend 2-3 days of grinding, and I would have a lot of it back, same for everyone else, except this time, the economy wont be shit.
