TOPIC: BOOSTER PACKS FUCKED UP AGAIN :C

"OMG BOMFOSH AGAIN WTF"
What happened: after my previous issue has been resolved (ty chute), I decided to buy some boosters since I was told it would have worked normally. it dindu work fo shiet
Upon moving to SV2 (and wasting a nuke launch), I found out that the donate thing said I had 5 boosters (even if I bought 3) and upon clicking on it I was taken to the page, as if I hadnt bought anything yet.
I disconnect and try to rejoin to fix it, but connection keeps failing over and over and over and fucking hell emp
My hypowhatever is that the servers are in some kind of conflict with my booster thing.

UPDATE: I CAN JOIN FINE, BUT NO BOOSTER PACKS.

You have two account and there both linked to the same steam ID which is what's causing the issue. This is one of the reasons we don't allow alt accounts. You will have to wait for chute to transfer them over to your main the one with VIP. I'm not sure about why you have Alts but we will be looking in to this and Thanks for supporting Zarp.

Your main as VIP and 5 booster packs
Your Alt as 3 booster packs

Hi Grot3mbit,

What we have done for you is moved your upgrades onto your other account Bizhɑɑp (www.zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/profile/15563-bizh-p) and you will now be able to claim your booster packs in-game from the F4 menu. The reason this happened again is because you re-linked your account after we had already resolved the issue for you. If you have two accounts linked to the same Steam profile the system is unable to find your new upgrades. In future make sure you use your Bizhɑɑp account to buy upgrades, alternatively we can move all your upgardes to this account if you don't wish to use that one anymore. In future all your upgrades will be applied automatically.
