Suggestion Title:
Incognito command for SA+

How would it benefit the server:
It would be useful for the superadmins+ because we could see how players and staff are acting when there are no other staff around.
For example: I often receive messages from people, telling me to join because people are breaking rules or what so ever.
And when I join the server everyone acts as angels.
people are also complaining about other players not following the rules when there are no admins around, and this would help solving this problem since people couldn't be sure there are no admins on.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
None that i can think of.

But if we are given a new name and profile pic type thing would a GameTracker be created for it or would the player going incognito retain their GameTracker profile for the server? Well the best thing would of course be if it recorded your gametime to your actual profile on gametracker.

The ulx fakename I think only changes your name in game and using ulx commands e.g ulx who I think game tracker still logs your real profile.
