Suggestion Title: Handcuffs/ Kidnapper:job Vip -- With a rope to tie them up and they have their control.

How would it benefit the server: For them to tase them then handcuff them Or Kidnapper to get easy money to get them back or for fun / and you can put them in a box with a keypad and a button outside is needed In a cage that they cant see through so they could be tortured and second

There is no need for handcuffs, as this is basically SSRP and not PERP.
Everyone can kidnap with a job that can also mug, as long as both the kidnapper and the kidnapped are capable of RPing it out properly.
