Suggestion Title: AOD raid-able entity detector

How would it benefit the server: It would make admins checking bases less invasive and players won't get pissed when you check

Potential Issues/Exploits: They could check for printers as AOD then swap to CP (Not like anyone is really gonna try that)

Additional notes:
Basically mod the original scanner to contain no sounds but list the names of the entities and the owners names within a radius. I mean I've personally been yelled at and seen admins being yelled at by players who noticed admins in their base. (Cloaked or not)

I mean it is a pretty weak suggestion but I think it may help make things cleaner.

Do /spectate and go in free cam mode and nobody will ever have the chance to know if you checked their base or not. Instead of cloaking and noclipping to catch rulebreakers i always use /spectate without a name. You will also notice there is a sort of ESP in this which also allows you to spectate those you are looking at. That feature works completely fine for me so i dont really see why they should spend time on making this when other things already work.

I'd prefer to go in and check myself (in free spectate).. If they would "somehow" know im around i would tell them i am just checking their base if its okay...
