Suggestion Title: Banker NPC Gang Upgrade

How would it benefit the server: So i was thinking cause all the gang upgrades are nice and so but i thaught this could become a good addition for maxed out gangs, The banker NPC upgrade will be like that you can acces the bank without going to him personally like we got with the shops. It would help people by getting stuff they needed when they are in a base far away from the banker NPC.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Not something i really know of

Additional notes: It would just help it out for the maxed out bases to have an additional upgrade that can also help alot.

-support would be abused and too OP

You know what I was thinking? The Gang Upgrade would give you 30 more bank weight, for everyone in the gang.
