TOPIC: [SSRP] Command suggestion

Server Name: SSRP 1 & 2

Suggestion Title: Command that shows the SteamID and Name of the player you are aiming at.

How would it benefit the server: It would help stop rule breaks and make identifying rule breakers easier.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None as far as I can tell.

Or just use the status command in console and take a picture of that, or click on their name on the SB and use that.

Also I'm not sure if you made that code, but if you did It won't work because you are not passing the player to the function. Not to mention it will cause an error if you are looking at the world.

You can easily go to the tab menu of all the current players and click to copy/take a screenshot of their steam ID and profile and that is sufficient proof if you are looking to report the player.

It is currently not a problem for staff members to get a hold of someones Steam-ID if they need it

Not needed at all, it will just be annoying for me, take for example I'm in a raid, every time I'm going to aim at someone it will popup, no thanks. Even if it doesn't work like that, why would you need it? Why not just get it from the tab menu, takes less than 10 seconds to find a name and clicking on the steam id, name, steam profile link etc.. will copy it.

I dont think this is needed but i would however like it to use /warn lookingat etc
