TOPIC: [SSRP Suggestion] F1 Leaderboards

How would it benefit the server: Increasing competition between staff, makes it more fun, and gets more F1s done.

Potential Issues/Exploits: It might be hard to do, not really sure, since I know little to nothing about coding :/

Additional notes: Alright, so this is how it basically works:
There will be a top 10 list for the staff who do the most F1s per week and total, which all staff can see. Staff will also be able to see how many F1s they made, so they can compare themselves to other staff and try to reach number 1. I know you can already ask an SA to check for you, but I've found it to be a bit annoying for an SA to have to keep checking for staff, as lots might ask at once and stuff.
Lets not forget that this will not allow staff to know who's inactive/not doing f1s, which will avoid the chaos that it might cause.

Do let me know your opinions on this below, suggestions to make this better and what is bad about this.

Quality over quantity. Pretty sure players wouldn't like staff handling their F1s, asking questions like their in a rush, and providing barely any help to the player, just to mark it as finished, seeing the players help as a +1 to their total.

There are reasons why only SA+ see Staff's total and weekly F1's.
Implementing a Leaderboard would be the same as giving every Staff the possibility to check their and others F1's on their own.

The suggestion to make the F1 counter public was denied so I see no reason to consider this.

I find that seeing how many F1s top 10 staff are making will encourage you to try to be one of them, it will also show how hard working these staff members are.

I like the idea, but that will make competition, and as morgz said, quality over quantity. I do like the idea but i think that it should be that you can only see your own F1's and not others. Overall verdict:

This would encourage F1 farming/rushing.

It might happen that someone sees they done like 30 f1's that day and decide that's enough for the day and not do them anymore

I don't think this should be a competition type thing... As doing F1s is not a "I can get the most!" type thing it is a more "I helped a lot of people today!" So you have a -Support from me!

Alright, after hearing out some opinions, I think I might have a solution or something better.
How about we make every saturday with the meeting outcome thread, the top 10 staff that did the most f1s that week?

The problems outlined here are half-valid at best. If someone isn't doing F1s correctly, they'll be demoted, that knowledge should make your average F1 Do'er think twice before spamming F1s to look good at the meeting.

I Really dont get what is wrong with this suggestion this would just help the staff looking if they are doing a good job and do alot of f1's or not and as johny said ONLY THE TOP 10 can be seen so all you staff that never do f1's dont worry we cant see it only Sa-SA+ can see it and the fact that you are not showing would encourage you to do more f1's
(Being a staff DOESENT mean you HAVE to do f1's you are just expected of doing them because if we are in the meeting and everytime an SA says i'll check the f1 counter everyone screams CAN YOU CHECK MINE ASWELL!?!! OMG NDA well meh idc in this situation because its an example but if we have this leaderboard you could see it yourself if u are doing a "better" job than all the other staff)

Like Morgan said quality over quantity because if you are at the top you might not necessarily be doing the r1 properly and it turns being a member of staff into a game (which it is not ).

You know this idea was inspired when me and blocked were told by an SA that we were close to each other in terms of f1s, so we started doing every f1 that was made and trust me, we gave every f1 the time it needs. I'm pretty sure that staff that know how to be a staff member ( as I stated before ) will do their job to the fullest. Also, if staff don't give time to each F1, I'm sure they will be reported on the forums.
I see that you guys are making a big deal that F1s will be rushed, but speaking from my experience, they won't.

We have no intention of ever making F1s competitive, which is what you are promoting here. This could cause problems as Morgan pointed out where F1s would be rushed and not done correctly.
We also are keeping F1 counts for SA+ for this reason.
