The PERP teamspeak channel should be removed as it defeats roleplay purposes when playing the game mode

It is stated in the rules that 3rd party communication should not be used inside the gamemode. Currently players are trusted to obay these rules. The channel is purely for anything related to perp eg. Questions and General Discussion. Unless the rule is broken then I don't see any issue with keeping the channel.
