Suggestion Title: Weapon checker change

How would it benefit the server: it would prevent alot of misunderstandings with cops who are not sure wether its an illigal weapon or not

Potential Issues/Exploits: none i know off

Additional notes: instead of showing the weapons the person has, let it show: ILLIGAL or LEGAL so the cops know wheter that person has an illigal weapon or not, i think this would prevent alot of mistakes
