Suggestion Title: Wire

How would it benefit the server:Potential Issues/Exploits: Easier to do a bunch of things such as automatic printer collectors, easier to make money, people can make cool things with wire. There are ways to get free money with Wire, but that can be fixed by disabling certain features.

Additional notes: Wire would be helpful in General

There is really no point in getting this.... We dont want people to be able to collect their money when they are not even close to theyre base....
