Suggestion Title: Adding baton rush to the fearrp rule

How would it benefit the server: People wont get arrested while in a firefight. And would prevent something like this Video

Potential Issues/Exploits: People firing when they see a cop

Additional notes: This is how it would work. After a firefight started, a cop cant use his arresting baton to arrest a wanted guy before he hit the target with his tazer. Also a cop cant run into a group of wanted people, because the chance is big that you would get killed, in real life you wouldnt do this because you wont take such a big risk.

It's not an issue if you learn to aim :')

"FearRP counts untill the first shot is fired" meaning if someone mugged you and warning shot you, technically you could pull up a gun and kill him of course excluding any /me that prevents you from pulling up a gun.

It's nooby as fuck to run around fucking swinging a baton and all of a sudden you've arrested 12 people and blew up all their printers. The most annoying thing about darkrp is the kids that do this.

I think baton rush is annoying.
But people would break the rule anyway.

Trying to warn people for it would be to hard people would have to have proof which most people don't have

Some one has posted about this before and the conclusion was that it was a to confusing rule and would just see people getting banned and warned for rushing someone with a baton so I shall.
