Suggestion Title: Axe Deodorant and Lighter

How would it benefit the server: I think It would make the server more unique, Specially Perp.
And add a new way of burning things.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Might be used to burn props through walls.
Or Someone might decide to just burn everything, which would be RDM.

Additional notes:
I am sure everyone knows the trick where you can light your lighter and spray Axe Deodorant Over
it to make something similar to a Flamethrower. Just an idea.

Yeah, It can be any perfume. And about the abuse,
If it gets balanced It would be really cool.

Reminds me of Postal 2's Stynx.

1: Old Spice is better.

2: In what way would this be actually unique or important? It literally has no use at all.

It would introduce something similar to a flamethrower but without the op-ness of one.
It would burn entities from a close range.
It would maybe even help in raids without using an actual special weapon.

1.Yes, the flame is short,
2. It's an idea
3.You aren't supposed to use it from long range. + It would be good for;
Burning printers, giving a warning without actually harming civilians + It looks cool.
