TOPIC: Auto Prop Freeze

I said this in OOC and people agreed.
There should be an Auto Script. Where if everyone's average ping is higher then 500 (More or Less) then it should freeze props every 30/1 secs/min or a vote.

as far as I know ping doesnt always determine if the server has lagg or not. I almost always stay under the 200 ping btw

Well i am just suggesting. I am sure there is some way to determine if the server is laggy.
